What do you mean Ashnel?! I was talking about Elm! *Suddenly all her anger is back and now for once in her sad little life she decides to blame someone other than herself.* I'm so sorry Terragon but could you keep your mind off one of you potential "friends" at just this point in time! Oh no obviously this is such a hard thing to do but think of it as a favour to your little twin sister hmmm?! I know you're obsessed with him but please could you keep your tiny little mind from wondering for just one minute, or is that asking too much of you one brain cell?! *All through this speech she has been speaking loudly in an annoyingly whiny and sacastic tone. At the end of it she stands there and stares at her sister, arms folded and eyes glaring.*

He was right, *Terragon continues, heading for the door.* He said Elm' would mess ev'rybeast up. *She swears at Ashnel as she leaves, calling back.* Wish he wasn't right... makes it hard t' hate him.

*Robin nearly breaks down at this but tries to staystrong in front of her sister but can't stop the words slipping out of her mouth.* He doesn't seem to have messed you up Terragon, one thing I'm glad of right now. *The squirrelmaid turns away from the other and hopes she didn't hear.*

I wouldn't tell anybeast else if he had, *Terragon replies, without turning in the doorway.* The only creature in Terralux who'd send me running again 'd be you. We stay together, or we fall t' pieces in two pieces; savvy? Y'can't change what happened, Robin. But y' can make Ashnel... and me suffer. Or y' can let me help. *Terragon now turns, and as she looks at her sister, it occurs to the squirrel - for once with no flicker of annoyance - that the other, her junior by only minutes, looks so like her.* It's about time I repaid a debt or so. *Perhaps, were she a warmer creature, Terragon would smile now. But beyond her grave expression, her eyes smile unblinkingly. Don't make me say I give a dragonfly's wing, because it's too hard for me to admit it.*

*Robin grins glad that her sister is still there and turns around slowly with her arms folded across her chest.* Debts eh? What kind would this be Terragon? *She sighs and half mutters.* Well if I said you couldn't help now I would sound like such a stupid beast. Fine help me if want in whatever way you can. *The squirrelmaid looks up for the first time. She notices something about her sister's eyes, they look slightly different to what they do normally. Robin's smile spreads across her face and into her own set of eyes where it twinkles mischeviously in the light.*

Whatever, *Terragon answers, with a flicker of a grin.* C'mon... The Whispering Willow will still be open. I'll introduce you t' Danniar; that'd be a laugh, yes? *Without particularly waiting for her sister to agree to this, Terragon - despite it being late, and her having some kind of a reputation in Terralux - shouts up to Ashnel on the roof:* Ashnel?! We're going t' the Tavern. Wanna come? *Above, movement is heard, and Ashnel's head appears, upsidedown, from the top of the window.* Will Danniar be there? *He asks. Terragon shruggs, a little untruthfully and allows Ashnel to climb indoors before going to fetch her cloak, a dagger and a lantern. The darker squirrel does the same, minus the lantern, and then the two seem to hover around Robin, uncertain whether she'll come, and what anybeast might say if she does. Hell Gates t' that, both decide firmly.*

*Robin grins at her sister and gets her cloak from its hook near the door. Then she checks her Sgin Dhu repositions it so it's more comfortable. Then she turns to the others.* So who is this Dannier? Friend of yours? *The squirrelmaid feels slightly lighter at the prospect of seeing this creature or maybe it was just the thought of a drink.*

Oh, you'll see, *Terragon replies with a grin.*
OOC: The Tavern.
BIC: *Despite the lateness of the hour, and the fact that many Terraluxians have already had drinks at the party - now ended -at Starsett Hollow, there's still a fair number of customers in various stages of sobre or unsobreness in The Whispering Willow. A small group of otters keep these patrons happy with music and songs, while a barmaid, a rat, does the same with tray of drinks and hazelnut and cheese biscuits, looking up every time the door swings open.*
*Ashnel seizes the door and holds it open with a small smile for Terragon and Robin. The rat barmaid approaches them, a now-empty tray hanging from her paw.* Though' ye weren' comin', Ashnel! *She tells Ashnel - who towers over her - with surprising politeness considering their enmity.* 'Eya, Terri, *The rat continues after receiving a beam and a nod from Ashnel.*
Would've come t' the par'y, bu' I was workin', see? *Terragon notices the other casting quick, curious, glances at Robin.* This is my sister, Robin Redflash. *The leaderess says, relenting and explaining.* Robin, this is Miss Danniar Murrida Anglafellen. So' the "miss" an' the "Murrida" an' the "Anglafell'n"! *Danniar yelps quietly.* Danni', an' pleased t' meet y', or no', Miss. Redflash. I don' mind which - pleased o' no' - s'long as y' like ciders 'n' ales.
She means she's happy to see you, and hopes you'll be stopping by the Tavern in future, *Ashnel explains in a mock-grim tone. Danniar gives what looks like a clumsy salute in agreement and gives the three a second expectant look.* That'll be one October Ale, f' you, Mr. 'Lashia... an' a cordial f' Miss. Scrufftail- - with apple, pear and elderberries, please, Danni, *Terragon adds. The rat nods, and turns to Robin.* An' f' you, Miss?

*Robinturns to the rat that adressed her.* Ahhh so you're Dannier. Oh and don't call me miss and we'll get on fine. Just call me Robin please and we'll get on fine. I'll have an apple cider please. *She replied automatically as she took in the atmosphere around her. It felt good to feel hidden again at last. The squirrelmaid looks over to her sister and tries to smile. Robin feels she will definately be able to smile more when her drink arrives.*

*Danniar nods. Apple cider... hmm... choose the one tha' Terri said was good an' 'ope tha' 'er an' Robin are as sim'lar as they look. The rat scuttles behind the bar, and down a flight of steps in the floor to the cellar. As always, when she returns, she holds the tray aloft - laden with drinks - giving the image that it is floating towards its orderers. Ashnel, keen to keep the unusual peace, takes the tray from Danniar's raised paws. She gives him a disgruntled look, until Terragon offers the tiny barmaid a sip of cordial.* S'good tha', *She tells the leaderess, before giving Robin and Ashnel's drinks hopeful gazes.*

*Robin notices the glance that Danniar gives her drink and instantly likes her all the more for it but that doesn't mean she's getting any. The squirrelmaid hastily gulps down most of hers and grins.* It's very good cider this time, would you care for some Danniar or aren't you allowed drinks while you're working? *Robin hopes this will make her slightly cautious about tasting hers and waits for the rat's reaction.*

*The rat glances quickly back to the bar, the wild look in her eyes fading as she sees it, still empty.* Mr Tuscaro ain' 'ere t' mind, an' nor's any o' the oth'r barmaids 'n' beas's, *Danniar tells Robin with a hopeful, yet confident smile.* Tuscaro? *Ashnel repeats, diverting the rat to her annoyance.* Olivha Tuscaro? Yes. How long's he owned the Whispering Willow? Since b'fore I worked 'ere. Does i' ma'''r? A friend of Wood's, *Ashnel says, speaking to the other two and more to Robin, for some reason that Terragon can't quite fathom.* Used to run The Lenn Inn and Wood spent a lot of time there. An' The Starlin', *Danniar adds.* The Starling? Yes, *The rat answers once more, before turning to Robin as though expecting the squirrel to change the subject for her.*

Here Danniar I can't drink anymore of this. *She gestures to the half full beaker of apple cider.* Do you think you could drink the rest for me? You'd be doing me a real favour if you did please? *Robin holds out the beaker to the rat and waits for her to take it. At the same time the squirrelmaid turns to Ashnel.* Old friend of Wood's you say? How come we didn't know he was here before now? *She says this quite quietly but she hopes that the others can still hear it.*

Thank y'! *Danniar beams, and watches the rest of the conversation over the top of the beaker, which she holds close to her mouth, taking unladylike gulps every minute or so.* It's my fault, *Terragon admits.* I had no idea that the place had changed ownership, Ash'. 'E doesn' live in Terralux, *Danniar tells - or perhaps she thinks she's reassuring - the three squirrels, before Terragon can.* 'E comes wand'rin' in ev'ry mornin', like 'e owns the place. Well, 'e does own the place, *She continues after an awkward pause.* Bu' 'e ain' par' o' i' an' 'e ain' loc'l eith'r an' 'e's a tot'l bast- That's about the long and short of it, *Ashnel agrees before Danniar can express her exact thoughts about Olivha Tuscuro.* What d'you two think? I don't know... what did you say he'd done exactly?
OOC: "This is a local shop/tavern, for local people/Terraluxians." *lol*

You said he owned a tavern where Wood used to hang out a lot right? Well that doesn't sound too evil...but I am a bit suspicious of him not living here. I mean he owns the place why not live here it must be quite a bit of trouble having to go back and forth every night and morning. *She frowns as Robin normally does when trying to think of something she can't quite grasp.* Maybe we should go and see him. *Whispers the squirrelmaid only half to herself.*
