Full of soup. And, no, that's not meant to be funny. I actually think that's what it means.

Sorry that I am copying, but... jussulent does mean full of soup. I think.
Or this: jussulent- a circle of juicy meat with a diameter of 12 cm, served with cheddar cheese and whole wheat bread that has been growing mold for 17 days. Sometimes bits of toenail are added for a crunch.

A corrupt system of justice, used only in Terralux. In this way, village idiots, such as the dangerous Ashnel Alashia, were allowed to go free without being shouted at, provided tribute was paid to the leaderess of Terralux, Terragon Canopy. This system was originally referred to as, "justice lent", as justice was said to be borrowed, overlooked, lent, etc.,

Jussulent:
Jussulent is an adjective describing only the most fat of creatures. When a man is more than obese, and has trouble fitting in his own car, he is quite jussulent. However, jussulent can also be used to describe 1960's rock bands. The hippes would be all "duuuude, that band is jussulent."

Correct definition goes to Cuoha: the proper definition of jussulent is "full of broth." Most creative goes to Stoakly, though all the contributions made me grin. Good job, everyone!
